As soon as you find a job they cut you off. I will give 3 stars because the program is very useful to anyone actually seeking help. But you get assigned to a worker that 9/10 you wont even see or talk to. The worker you get assigned to never answers the phone or return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion enough for the participant to be in compliance with the program standard(which is very frustrating). Then they go and reject you at the press of a button and then you have to deal with your district saying youre up for a county district suspension. This program isnt set for anyone needing to get back on their feet. Its set for people who wanna just sit and waste 2-3 hours in the morning to keep receiving welfare. I feel like they should do better by doing follow ups with the GO GETTERS that are enrolled into the program by asking if transportation is needed in a timely fashion, better follow ups about employment or training Accepted by client, and over all communication from workers to clients.
