My family and I stayed there for the night March 25th. We had a wonderful experience with hotel staff. The hotel was within walking distance from multiple attractions. My daughter left her small backpack at the lobby the day of check out. We called the next day and it the bag was found. Two amazing ladies helped in being able to ship the bag to our home in Virginia. Monique helped me in explaining how to create a UPS label and she said they would package the item and have it ready. UPS could not pick up item but another wonderful lady(Vanessa) whom I spoke to offered to drop it at off at a UPS location after her shift which she did. I had never had an experience of this type at any hotel that I have been to. Thank you to Monique and Vanessa for your help in this matter. My 11 year old daughter is very happy and excited she got her backpack returned to her. It was a gift from her grandmother.
Again, amazing staff, wonderful location, we plan on coming back and staying at the same hotel again.
Rooms: Rooms were great with enough room for my family.
Nearby activities: Love park, Rocky steps(museum), Reading Terminal Market, China Town and other locations.
Noteworthy details: Monique and Vanessa helped me in getting my daughter's backpack returned to us. They were so helpful, wonderful staff, I will forever remember your help.

the way they treat hispanic is bad, and is never the same prices you go for, they charged one of my family member twice, phillip was the guy at the front desk
