My first year in the Pepper Building has been incredible! I had to move from another state without being able to see the unit before signing a lease, but the property manager helped answer all my questions. I love my unit and have no desire to live elsewhere. The walls/floors are thick and the celings are high, so my unit feels spacious, well-lit, and quiet. The amenities here are perhaps the best part - surprisingly well-stocked gym, package reception, a front desk, outgoing mail service, trash/recycling on every floor, and in-unit laundry. I had some minor shower drainage and A/C issues that the repair crew fixed very quickly. The building maintenance, front desk, and management staff are all really nice here - I am on a first-name basis with most of them. The location of the building is also incredible. I am within walking distance of three grocery stores and tons of restaurants. You can walk up to center city, down south street, or towards Penn quite easily. There is also an indego bike rental station right next to the building. Rittenhouse park and schuylkill river are also very close. Bonus - there are a lot of cute dogs in this building I am trying to think of anything negative to say, but there is nothing substantial. I will definitely try to renew my lease for another year!

I recently (in January 2021) moved into the Pepper Building and it has been an amazing experience. Moving during the middle of a pandemic can be very difficult and the leasing office (specifically Nat'e) was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this property!

The Pepper building was a great place to live. The location was perfect - very close to the restaurants near Rittenhouse while also in a very spacious spot. It's also the best place in the area to live when you have a dog! We're really going to miss the great views of our apartment and the convenience of all of the amenities of the apartment building.

I moved into the Pepper Building in July and the experience has been great. The apartment is really nice and spacious with tall ceilings and large windows. Management and the staff are always available and super helpful. Plus the neighborhood is lovely!

I have lived at The Pepper Building for almost a year now, and recently just renewed for another year. It is tough to find another apartment building that is better than The Pepper Building. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious often with large windows, closets, and bathrooms. There is a front desk employee at all times to receive packages, food deliveries, guests, etc. There is also a Luxor package room to keep all packages safe and secure. The gym is massive and has a lot of equipment to choose from. The team at The Pepper Building have been great reacting to COVID-19, making sure the gym is frequently cleaned, social distancing, and masks worn in public places at all time. The area that the complex is in is very safe and is a short walking distance to many good restaurants, as well as Rittenhouse Square. As long as I am living in Philadelphia, I plan on living in The Pepper Building.
