        Literally told them before handing over the keys that I was having issues with the horn and that I had pulled the fuse and then they failed my inspection because the horn wasn't working and also that they couldn't do anything about it at that location. Did they expect it to magically start working? Was it lack of knowledge? Hope the $28 was worth it. making it a two star since they did refund the $28
