    I gave two stars because Sultan (the person at the desk) was very nice! Outside of that the experience wasnt as smooth as other rental experiences, AND I was given a filthy dirty car (not comparable to my luxury vehicle being replaced) and it only had 3/4 tank of gas - it was NOT on full! ALWAYS CHECK THE TANK!!! When I attempted to return in the building to report gas issue, I was rudely approached by a woman citing, You need to give me your keys if you are going back in! I explained I had a rental issue. She retorted, Doesnt matter, I need your keys! Then I asked for a ticket, to prove I had given her the keys. There is a message on the key itself of how much renters would be charged for a replacement. She replied, Do you want to be charged? As in charged a valet fee. I was confused and irritated! I went to tell Sultan of the experience, and was told to go back outside and photograph the gas tank and bring it back. Mind you I was working with an injured ankle so the extended walking was even more frustrating. Sultan offered to have the gentleman take the pic. I went to grab something to drink and by the time I returned to the car, Sultan was outside meeting me with an updated checkout form. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there! They also charged $306 to my card where my daily rate is $8.52. What happened to being charged for the days you use? They estimated 20 days for a State Farm vehicle repair. I will be returning this dirty thing!
