Air Medx

Air Medx was so amazing to work with! They scheduled us quickly and completed repairs. TJ was our repair man and he was so nice and explained everything he was doing. After initial repair, the heat pump broke down again. I called and TJ worked with our home warranty company to get our entire system replaced. A week later, we have a brand new heat pump installed that works so great. I cant say enough how great Air Medx and TJ were to work with. We have used other companies in the past and none come close to the level of service offered by Air Medx! Highly recommend! Service: Heating system repair

Came out, paid the $100.00 service fee. They never submitted the diagnosis to my warranty company so I never got the problem fixed. When I would call it sounded like someone answered the phone from their bed. Paid another $100.00 to Webb Heating and Air and they fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. My story is too long, but to sum everything up my home warranty sent the tech TJ out diagnose my issue on the first time . He told me the issue my home warranty company ordered the part as soon as the part came in TJ called me the very next day to schedule another appointment to install my heating unit.it only took him an hour to get the whole unit setup and running. For now on I will only request Air Medx tech TJ and the customer representative was very nice. Appreciate you guys so much!!!!!! Service: Heating system repair

Good, trustworthy help is hard to find. if you are looking for anything HVAC look no further the customer service is impeccable, and TJ my technician was friendly as well as knowledgeable, there is comfort in knowing that when something goes wrong AirMedx is there to help I highly recommend!
