        Called Polar Air because I had an issue with my thermostat going blank and turning my AC off last night. I called this morning and Cristina helped get an appointment that worked with my work schedule. AC technician Norman shows up and was extremely friendly, thorough, and honest. He explained everything and took photos for me to see the issues that were causing my problem. I highly recommend Polar Air and you will be lucky if you get Norman as your technician. I also highly recommend that you sign up for the VIP (PM) Preventative Maintenance plan. It is worth it. Thank you very much Norman, Cristina, and Polar Air. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
