Final update: Corporate gave me a gift card to make up for the first issues. Thanks for that! And today I got delivery and they did good. Yay! Also the delivery driver, Treishawn, was very kind and quick with the delivery. I hope this location will be on more of an upswing from here on out! --- Original review: Well heck, last time they burnt one of my pizzas, so Juan said he would put a free one on my account. Today I called to get my free redo and Derrick answered kinda rude and frantic. I know about anxiety but maybe try to take a break or put me on hold before answering no need to be rude I just said nvmd he's obvi in a bad mood and I don't want food from that energy. I'll have to write corporate I don't want my free pizza confined to this one store. I'll go for another. The folks on other side of wells branch are always pleasant !!!! Next day: I went back with a note in hand to order, so I didn't have to engage with the guy or piss him off and still my order was not as what was on my note. I asked for hand tossed, they gave me thin crust. I now only go to the other Wells Branch location. The Indian gent that works there is very pleasant and they make the perfect pizza. I hope management see these reviews and tightens things up a bit.

Order tracker does not work. App said ready at 9:40pm and still ended up waiting over 15 mins after I arrived.

I ordered 8 wings and only 7 arrived. I ordered xtra ranch and it didn't arrive either. Lack of communication. They need to hire a good manager to put the store online. I'm sorry for the owner. He's going to lose customers if he continues like this. I don't recommend this store.
