        We moved into our new home a few months ago and called Central Security for our system install. We have never had one before and were not quite sure what we needed. Russell and Patrick were so helpful and professional from start to finish and we absolutely love it! Patrick came over and installed such a clean and modern interface and we love the fact that we can control everything through the app! We highly recommend CS for their products, customer service, and professionalism! Thanks Russell and team!

        I contacted Central Security about transferring service and the rep on the phone was snarky and would talk over me. She only seemed interested in selling and not answering my questions.

        Russell is great and very communicative and install was very fast. My only issue is that they don't do anything online, you can't update your payment method or receive electronic invoices.
