image We bought a house using this real estate company and it was awful. They hid fees that they claimed they didn't know about, like hoa and water, as it would turn out they should know as they live in the exact same development as us. We were recommended a inspector from this company, of which the guy was expensive and didn't catch things that he should have. When confronted about it he claimed it was not a home inspectors job. We were told we had a warranty on our washer and dryer, we do not. These people lie. I wouldn't buy using them again.

image We had SUCH a wonderful experience working with Craig and Noreen! They were my parents neighbors for several years and they were always kind to our family during that time. We just purchased a home last week - Craig and Noreen were so professional and right on top of the whole process. They stood by us, fought for us, and ALWAYS had our best interest at heart! They were respectful of our decisions, and were even so kind to our three kids. We would highly recommend anyone to work with them - you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you both so much!!!

image When we interviewed with them, they seemed like they would do what they promised us to do. Work for us, don't let certain realtors that we named into our house and so forth. We were looking for someone we could trust since we were gonna be overseas and couldn't be there for any of it. This was our first house we sold, so we had no idea on what needed to be done. The photographer came in while we were still there, but was only able to take pictures of part of the house since the basement still had boxes in it and we were still in the middle of our move. We were told that she'd came back and take pictures of the rest of the house after it was all cleared out. She never came back, so only 2/3 of the house was being shown online. Also a lot of the things we had added or came with the house were never mentioned online. From what we saw and the emails we received it looked like all the other realtors were showing the house and he was waiting for them to come to him, not the other way around. When they did the inspection all of a sudden things that worked perfectly when we left, now supposedly didn't work anymore. A water-heater that's been in the same spot since the house was build, now needed to be moved a few inches, so we were charged for that. The garage door wasn't working right, we were charged for that, all without any prove / pictures that showed the work needed / was done. The filter was replaced and we were charged for that, and the furnace was cleaned ( charged for that ) even though the whole system had been cleaned before and had a blue light system put in, free cleanings for life and a reusable filter put in ( that we paid over $70 for ) , that they now just threw in the trash. Again, no proof that that work was done either. Not that it needed to be done anyway, they had all the paperwork on that system. When we asked questions about anything the answers were very short and were just told that that's how things were done. It felt like his was working more for the buyers, instead of getting us a good price, he worked on getting them a good price. Also, oddly enough, for the house being empty, our utility bills were pretty high. We had the highest gas bill ( almost $100 ) since we bought the house and actually used the fireplace. Our gas bill never went over $65 and that was using the fireplace almost every night. So how can it be $100 for an empty house ?! Our house was worth around $415.000 and he didn't even try to get us anything close to it. To us it felt like as long as he was getting his cut, he didn't care one way or another. Those are just the main things that we can think of right now, but for making as much money as other people make in almost a year, you'd think people would get treated differently. When everything was done we got this short email " congratulations on the closing, now you can move on to the next part" or something to that effect. For all that money he made of us, we expected a little bit more than that. We regret using this company and listening to them to sell the house for way less than it was worth. So in short, no we do not recommend this company.
