I received excellent customer service from Caleb who worked through some scheduling problems due to weather. Will definitely book again.

Very Deceiving and a waste of money.
We did the regular $175 a person package to be a three hour duration and approx an hour in air to celebrate our anniversary.
When we showed up we thought we were dropping our cars at Winco so that the vans can drive us to a ranch or feild of some sort to get in the air balloon. It was a five minute drive to the hot air balloon that was parked on the side of a freeway, we all waited in the road to find that both vans (Carrying at-least 13-15 people) were all going to fit inside this one basket. We got in the air at about 7:40 am all shared 2 bottles of andre champagne and and landed by 8:00 am (20 min ride). We didnt reach no higher than about 80-100 feet in the air and flew over a trailer park and regular stores and freeways in perris. When landing we landed on a busy street were cars were driving around the basket to get by and was eventually moved into a church parking lot to be shuttled back to our cars. To top things off , they had a passenger from the balloon ride drive the van back to costco because all the other workers were taking down the balloon. it was complete joke of a company

A bit hesitant at first since they canceled in December and we rescheduled for this morning. It was really worth it to me. Seeing the sunrise and getting a bit of an adrenaline rush seeing skydivers jump off the balloon was really fun. My husband and I had a wonderful morning. Very serene, calm, and beautiful. Everything and more that I expected out of my first ride.
