This place has horrible customer service. The guy I talked to self identified as the owner. I'm not sure what that should count for, but with him it only counted for a rude attitude and horrible service. I was looking for a mattress and futon for my daughter's bunkbed, which has a futon on the bottom. He first showed me only one of the futon mattresses (there were five in the store), which he said was $150 for an 8-inch futon mattress. I mentioned that I saw similar futons for $99 online. He asked me who I would contact if the mattress went flat, to which I replied that I would contact the company. "GOOD LUCK!" was his response in a very rude tone as he walked away. I then had to basically chase him down in order to ask questions about mattresses. He showed me one mattress, an 8 inch twin size pillowtop that he said was $149. I asked him what was the difference between that one and the one marked at $99. He said the $99 mattress was a 5 inch. When we went to look at the mattress marked at $99, he said that it was also $149 and the $99 mattress was a different one. So, I said "Oh, so you have the wrong mattress out?" His response? A very rude "Ummm NO I DON'T!" He then walked towards the front computer, where I assumed that he was looking up the mattress that should be $99. Instead, he started counting out the drawer and turned around and asked "Is there anything else I can help you with?" (again in a rude tone.) At this point I just gave up and left the store. I wasn't looking to buy the most expensive mattresses in the store. I don't know if that is why this guy was unbelievably rude or what his problem was. However, I will NEVER give my money to someone that is ridiculously rude to their customers. One last issue. The sign on the front door said they were open until 6:30pm. When I drove by at 5:30, the lights were all out.

This guy has a big scam going. He sells raunchy furniture with no returns. If you ask to exchange it, he charges a 22% fee!

No frills show room but great prices and very friendly staff. The delivery charge was only $20. and the table is gorgeous. (I ordered it through their catalogue) Ordinarily I'm nervous about buying something I can't see but in this case the product was even better than it appeared in the catalogue. Very happy with these folks and Highly recommended. Thank you!
