        I took a guitar here for a setup once and it was pretty good. Recently purchased a cabinet from here, took it home and used it for about a minute. It's incredibly quiet, potentially defective. I went in to ask about returning it for store credit with the intent of spending more money on a different cabinet and was told they could not do that. I'm just befuddled. I wanted to give them more money.

        Have been visiting and shopping there for nearly 30 years. The ownership has changed recently but the vibe is still the same!! Awesome and knowledgeable staff with the perfect touch of professionalism and quirk to make each visit very different! Love these guys!!
