Francis & Sons Car Wash

Not the same quality from a couple of months ago - a decrease in customer service/responsiveness, and the job was not done well. It seemed, for the price and my experience in the past, that the interior cleaning was done quicker and done like it was rushed - a slipshod job. Won't be back.

Got the VIP because I just took my nephew camping. I was hoping to come back to a real clean car but honestly, it was not done correctly at all. I still had food crumbs all over the back, mats not cleaned, vacuuming was barely subpar. I will say though, they saw me take photos and then they saw me take the vacuum to start doing it myself and a couple of the guys came over to help. In about 10 min we had the car looking good but I shouldn't have had to do all that. I ended up keeping the tip since I basically helped clean my own car. It was disappointing since I could have been a regular being that I live close by.
