The Groupon is a bait and switch. I tried to leave after realizing this and the guy at the front desk was very rude, getting in my face while holding my newborn baby (literally about to touch my baby carrier). Honestly scary. If he had taken one more step I would have pepper sprayed him. The guy has anger issues. Never go here. Said I wasted the doctors time no sir you wasted your own time by falsifying a Groupon to lure customers to your failing business only to switch up on them to try line your own pockets. Unethical businesses never prosper

Took my daughter there because she was having a hard time seeing the whiteboard at school, the doctor was so patient and didnt make her feel overwhelmed AND she got her glasses the same day!

This was the worst optical store Ive ever been to. The equipment is from the 1980s, and all the employees are rude and ignorant. I had a $39 groupon for an eye exam so I could get contact lenses. After the exam she told me I owed $80 for the contact lens fitting, and another $70 for the eye exam! I grabbed my $80 back and told her to keep her prescription and contacts and I went to Americas best contacts and eyeglasses and I got an exam and $130 worth of contacts for $30 copay with my delta vision coverage. The staff was so nice and friendly. The fat ugly lady with the jello arms at optical experts was rude, ignorant, and obnoxious. Its obvious why shes working at this place. Better to look at her before you get your glasses or contacts bc shes a wildebeest! DO NOT GO HERE WITH OR WITHOUT A GROUPON. If you do make them give you the cost on a written contract up front and tell them you wont pay anymore than that. But, go anywhere else but here. ABC&E, Costco, Walmart, any of these places would be much better than this dump. If I could give negative stars I would bc they dont even deserve one. If you guys want my $80 come collect it, Ill meet you anywhere you want. If you can take it from my hands you can have it!
