        I like the community and people here are wonderful. The first visit walking in, the desk person, Carol was NOT welcoming at all. I was with a family member and asked for directions to someone I know living there and she had the worst attitude. It is a huge place and was my first time getting around. Her demeanor was so unwelcoming in helping us where we needed to go. The second time, I had called to see if the desk person Nick was working next. (since he is absolutely phenomenal and DESERVES a raise. Goes above and beyond for his residents ). during the phone call with carol, her tone when I mentioned nick was rude. When she told me the next day he would worked. Before I could say thank you, she hung up on me! She didnt even say bye or thank you, have a nice day. I dont know if she was having a bad day or is racist to people of color, but that was absolutely unprofessional!!
