        My father passed in 2022, and Ive been trying to deal with his estate ever since. I visited this branch after having disheartening interactions at a few other branches. I admit I went in expecting the least from this branch and was met with nothing but genuine compassion, concern, patience, kindness, and professional assistance. Carlie C. was incredible to deal with and really made the process bearable. I wasnt quite ready to close the account, so she went over the process details with me to ensure Id be prepared when I was ready to close. After months of delay, I went back today to close, and Carlie was just as amazing as before. The process was quick, and she again recognized sympathy for my loss. Ive dealt with a couple tellers at this branch, and while they werent able to assist me, they were still kind and professional. Hands down the best Regions branch in Pensacola. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
