        Called for homeowners and auto yesterday. Was transferred to an amazingly disrespectful woman. Quite flippant, told me to respond to the email she sent me and they will let me know if "they have anything for me". Never sent email. Had insurance through Hiles-McLeod a couple years back. Left due to Gulf Stream going under. Much nicer people then. You must not need any business.

        We our experience with Hiles McLeod has been top-notch. We have several commercial properties insured through them, along with other policies. They are always responsive and when we had to file a claim, they made sure the claims process went smoothly. Highly recommend!
