        Ted is a wonderful man! I had reserved a truck at another place but did not have it in stock. Ted was very nice and helpful and got me all set up. I appreciate his helpfulness.

        I Rented a Budget truck from Teds for 9am. Ted called at 8:30am and said it wouldnt be ready until 9:30am. My husband showed up at 9:30. The truck wasnt ready until 10:50 Teds is 20 minutes from my house. The movers I hired were there at 10:00am. I was charged an extra $100.00 for an hour of their time while we waited for the truck. When I called Ted to explain what was going on, thinking he may give us a discount or throw in the $14.00 moving blankets for no charge or something, he started screaming at ME. I think Ted was off of his meds that day. The worst and rudest service I have ever experienced. Im not sure how he stays in business
