I wish I had read Stacey's response sooner. This is a place with no responsibility. Really unprofessional work.

Doctors here are unprofessional. I have been through 3 doctors here. I have been cut off in the middle of my conversation by Dr. Malik. I am rushed when explaining what is wrong with my children. I feel she does not check them well. My son just left the doctors office yesterday and 2 hours later he started running a fever. I scheduled for shots for my 18 month old and when I arrived, they didnt even have my child scheduled for shots, just a check up. They charge for everything. They are not compassionate at all. I will not bring my children back to this doctors office. Visitations here are horrible!

Get you in quick a perk. But doctor has no patiences with my kids. Then down played a symptom I was trying to tell her about my son so she belittled my intelligence.

The staff in this office is extremely unaccommodating and insensitive. Dr. Malik has been decent over the past 3 years but we will be switching Doctors due to the lack of professionalism in the office.

Dr Rahim is a wonderful compassionate doctor but everything else about this practice is awful. Ive been requesting medical records to be sent to a specialist treating my daughter for weeks and they are still not sent even after I went in person last and put the contact information in their hand and guess what??? Still not sent!! Dr Rahims nurse is threatening to hang up on me because Im upset about the situation. The delay in my childs treatment is unnecessary and causes suffering for my child and worry for me. Finally I spoke to someone in records who told me legally they have a month to send them. Im an RN and whenever a Dr request medical records we get consent and get those records asap. The uncaring nature of the people in this office is appalling. A request for Medical records is always important and any Nurse would know its related to medical treatment. Medical records arent requested for casual reasons. A delay in medical treatment is a serious thing and in a hospital would be cause for an event report. All the people who didnt do their jobs in this situation should be written up in my opinion. I hope Childrens Hosptial takes a good look at the people working in this practice. Im leaving now to pick up the medical records and I have to pay for them!! Because its considered a special service for them to prepare records today that Ive been requesting for weeks! Ill be delivering them personally to the specialist because I have zero faith in these people to actually do their jobs.
