        I went in because my back hatch was not opening and I was hoping someone might know why. Marco came out and reset it for me, I didnt even know that could be done! I am sure he saved me a ton of money vs. going to a dealer with this issue.

        A 2015 Jeep Patriot does not have a transmission dip stick because Jeep wants to be the one to service the transmission however this location was absolutely ready to make a sale and they did to the tune of 50.14 I will never use auto zone again because of this transaction.

        I had excellent service at the Pelham store, with store manager Rosa. She was able to help me with a battery that was under warranty. However it was not in the computer it was pulling up another number. She was able to rectify the problem and look at the email receipt that I received when I purchased the battery. T
