Next Level Urgent Care | Pearland

Next Level is absolute best! We waited probably 5 mins before we were taken to the back for my son to be assessed, and have x-rays done. Andrea and Heather were the absolute best with my son and assessing his injury. They both were very thorough and made sure to get the best plan for his 3 fractures. Heather continued to check on us multiple times while they figured out a plan, and provided follow up steps. Thank you for always providing excellent service for me and my family always.

I enjoyed my visit, Alexis and Anelly greeted me at the front desk. They made my visit enjoyable, I was able to get signed in and paid my co pay in under 20 minutes. They both had smiling faces and it a very inviting environment!!

Staff were nice enough, but nothing urgent or next level about this place. Everyone that came in while I was there was told 2hr wait. I kept hearing the front desk lady say other staff members were "pissing her off" . I was there for a pre-empt screen and took 40mins of holding it till my turn. Just pack patience and extra time for this location.

It was a weekend and felt like I had an infection and didnt want to wait until Monday to see my regular doctor. I was very nervous (literally shaking). Renee made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am grateful for her compassion and would recommend her to anyone!
