I am new to the job search community. I called the Clearlake office and spoke to a wonderful lady named, Amelia. She provided me with great suggestions about how and where to begin the process of re-entering todays workforce.

Please save the time and just go through someone else. They dont even care about finding you work! You provide your resume, work history, etc but they send you jobs that have nothing to do with you and tell you to send in resume for the job. It makes no sense. Dont hold your breath!

Applied a week ago and didnt fill out background info right...the lady called me back and was badgering me about it...I apologized and filled it out again... Her attitude and tone was completely unprofessional and unproductive!!! no response back Update: A week later another rep called me and was informative, professional, and helpful.
