Excellent experience from the initial phone call with John, to the service call with Mike. I knew this company was the real deal since 2017, when another company wanted to sell us a new unit for thousands of dollars, but John diagnosed the problem as simply an obvious cut wire and fixed the existing unit. I have used them ever since, and recently they came out and fixed our system after a lightning strike! Mike was a lifesaver. I highly recommend them.

The blower on my furnace kicked out right before an upcoming extreme cold snap. Mike came to the house and identified the problem very quickly and got it up and running right away. From the moment they picked up the phone I could tell they were a much better service than the other company I had been working with. They def have my future business! Service: Heating system repair

TERRIBLE service. Had my small business AC fixed by Mike (nice guy), back in June. It started leaking so I called the company again. Valarie, the lady that picks up the phone, says a tech will come out to fix it the next day. No one shows up. I wait a couple of days, and no one. I call again and i get the same response. I reach out SEVERAL more times and no one shows up. I called again in the middle of August and someone else picks up and connects me to Mike. He says he'll talk to his boss. The next day I get a call from John who I'm assuming is the boss, has the worst attitude and customer service. Do not harass a small business for a check for service that was NOT finished. He continues to say "are you actually gonna send out a check or are you just saying that" a few times to me over the phone. That's where I decided to write him a damn check and find service somewhere else. Definitely not worth your time. Also he dropped a ladder on my car, the damage on the car was so much more than the service. karma is REAL.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air overnight and after being told my numerous companies that they would not come out for at least 3 weeks, I finally called High tech engineering. From start to finish, my expectations were far surpassed. Everyone we spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. The technician that I spoke to was Mike. He first made sure we had some way of cooling the house (which we did have one window unit) as he couldn't come out until the next day. He promptly came out the next day and was very knowledgeable.  Wet friendly! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everyone we spoke to actually had empathy and showed concern for our situation which is HUGE when it's a 90 degree day and you're trying to keep yourself and three dogs cool. We will use again in the future and recommend this company to all our friends!
