We were very impressed with Gary's attention to detail and thorough method of inspection. He offered a great deal of value by providing insights and tips to fix and maintain various aspects of the home. The report he provided afterwards had everything needed to validate the integrity of the home. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Gary is amazing. He works independently and has a contracting background so you can tell he knows his stuff. My boyfriend and I are buying our first house and we had 2 inspections done on different homes by him and he did a very thorough job on both. He answers any question you may have and he enjoys doing it. He also gives tips on inexpensive ways to fix problems that arise on an inspection. He's absolutely wonderful, I wouldn't go with anyone else.
