        Our garage door wasn't operating properly. I called, they had a cancellation, so I was able to get an afternoon appointment. The service tech diagnosed the problem, replaced the "travel module," and oiled the tracks and moving parts so the door works more smoothly and is much quieter. Great service at a reasonable cost.

        I've tried to contact them 3 times in the last 2 weeks. No one answers the phone and no one calls back. Also tried their online contact form with no response. Are they still in business?

        The man that arrived to fix my garage door was prompt and informative. He was also fast and efficient. The company sent him out within about 10 days of my call and he was able to fix it within an hour to hour and a half. Very friendly service. Will use again.

        Midwest went above and beyond to help us with our garage door . I thought I would need a whole new garage door and mechanics and they repaired it for much cheaper than replacing. My garage door looks great and works even better..
