This union cheated my Aunt Mary Massie out of her retirement. Aunt Mary worked as a receptionist and secretary at the union hall for 20 years. When she was initially hired she was told she would be entered into the administrative assistants union retirement account. Then when she retired, the new union rep told her she had not been entered and that she would not be entered.
My aunt now lives below the poverty line.
Both my father (a 10 year elected Stewart at Nabisco) and my great Uncle Bill Wallace were long standing members of this union. Please, if you have any amount of heart, have a vote to give my great aunt a retirement stipend.
