Almost two years ago countrywide came out to handle a major job for us...they came out right away were honest, explained everything and did a fabulous job. Now almost two year later, we were not sure if the issue was the same thing we dealt with before so I contacted Brian and he said we'll be out today to take a look for you. First of all, he remembered who I was, second of all he said no problem, if its something we did...we will take care of it as there was a 2 year warranty. Who does this now days? always put the blame on others is what 99% of companies do....NOT THEM! I feel awful as I don't recall Brians partners name but they have worked together for 26 years...the best of the best both of them...explained everything showed me what the issue was...it wasn't what they did at all it was the irrigation system....but I have to say..I would NEVER use anyone else...they truly are the absolute best both of them! If you need any kind of plumbing done....if you dont call them you'll be making a big mistake.......Thanks again for renewing my faith in businesses .....your company and both of you rock!
