Greg from Spencer Appliance is always terrific! Spencer Appliance is the only company I will call, and have called, for many years. They can be trusted and prices are reasonable. Fixing the older appliances so much better than buying new ones that break down! I wholeheartedly recommend Spencer Appliance.

My side by side freezer was leaking water from the ice maker onto my hardwood floor. After getting the run around from one place, and GE service telling me I'd have to wait a week for service from them, I asked a friend and she recommended Spencer's. The woman who answered the phone was lovely--she apologized that they had no one available that day but offered me the next morning, which I gratefully took. She gave me a 3 hour window, the repairman arrived 5 minutes into the window--he was friendly and knowledgeable--and promptly identified and fixed the problem. I could not recommend them more highly.
