I ordered my blinds April 2021 and the work wasn't completed until 10/2021. The attachments we're not ordered correctly. Chris was nice enough but always seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what he was doing. The blinds weren't even what I thought they were but after all the problems it wasn't worth it to discuss. I am so tired of poor service! The communication was the main problem as he didn't follow up and had the parts sitting there but didn't take the time to call. Only when I sent an email saying where are the pieces did I even know he had them. 3 of the blinds were covering large vaulted windows and we were not able to use one for the entire summer because he didn't follow up. The blinds are nice enough but the experience just left me feeling disappointed and blah about purchasing home furnishing. Not bad guys just bad service

A fantastic and very professional experience with the entire staff at Budget Blinds in Parker. From the first consultation, installation and follow-up with staff. Extra attention to the setup of my shutters to lock and secure for my special needs son. I would highly recommend this company and staff for your blind needs.
