This office diffently needs new staff. The lady at the front window was very rude to me. I came in for a Nuclear test and was told I couldn't have it due to wanting a payment. It would have been nice to have known ahead if time.I took of work to have this done. I had a a echo last week. They never told me I would have to make a payment to have the Nuclear done. I was told I owed a bill from January that I was not aware of. They could have told me last week when I was in the office. The office manager he was very hateful and started yelling at me and slammed the computer mouse on the desk. I will never go back to this office. I bet I would have not passed my test after all the stree s they caused me and how upset they had me .I just wanted to cry. How can this be professional. I'm just glad to know by other reviews that I am not the only one who feels like the staff are very rude and hateful.

Cant get nobody to answer the phone. I have insurance now there trying to say I owe money because they messed up the billing to insurance company. They called me wanting me to call my primary doctor to back date an insurance form the doctor was excellent but with the billing and staff was not. I think its time for another doctor. Its always about how much money someone can change seems like they just dont care about the patient anymore
