Our vehicle quit while going down the highway and we had it towed to Waynes Auto Group. It took them a week to let us know it ran out of gas. The gauge was still reading that it had gas, but it did not. While patiently waiting without a vehicle for a week, we heard from a relative over the weekend that he saw one of the mechanics at a gathering and it was talked about that our vehicle ran out of gas. Sounded ridiculous that he would know this, but he in fact did, 4 days before us. They knew this for almost a week and never gave us a call. We had to call several times on the last day they had it in order to get an answer. They claimed they didnt know until that day, but that was a lie. Very dishonest experience. There are a list of repairs to be done, but we definitely dont feel we can trust Waynes Auto Group.
