Google really needs to add an option for ZERO stars! Absolute worst experience buying and selling our houses with this Absolute JOKE of a real estate company! Patrick Doheny was the laziest, most dishonest realtor I have ever seen. Gave the most vague answers to questions, if he even answered our questions without just saying "we are not allowed to make any comments or answer questions that could possibly sway your decision in buying/ not buying the property" over and over throughout the entire process no matter how many new properties we looked at, same response to all our questions. He made absolutely no effort whatsoever to sell our old property.
Was absolutely no help at all during the negotiations on the new property, wouldnt even offer suggestions of things to ask for or offer up things other ppl have done in the past, nothing. We were listed on the market for over 11 months!? In Des Moines Beaverdale neighborhood!? Do NOT fall for their gimmicks!!! If your property isn't enough commission for them, you will get subpar effort! They only care about the rich ppl of IA and their 500k properties or higher!

Had excellent working relationship with Next Gen realty & Patrick in particular. He was responsive, professional & easy to deal with.
The sale process was remarkably smooth & quick. And Mr Doheny fulfilled all his commitments - well pleased with the experience.

We used Brook as a dual agent when we bought our new home. She was honest upfront with negotiations and played fair but her communication was poor and she made us wait an hour at closing to receive the keys to our new home.
