DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They know NOTHING about carpentry or millwork and are extremely unprofessional! My parents hired them to install new interior doors and trim and the doors will not even close. They left, saying they would be back tomorrow and NO SHOW! Their wife or mother streams their phone calls and NO ONE ever returns your calls! They damaged my walls and furniture while installing and had no clue as to what they were doing! They would not compensate me for the damage! THIS IS A SHAM business! Just looking to rip off an elderly couple! Would have given zero stars but I had to choose 1 unfortunately! I wish zero stars was an option. WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE OWNERS!!! Hired Masters Millwork Co to replace 9 sets of windows and a back sliding door. The sliding door cracked in less than a year and the company was contacted July 28th, 2022. Almost 1 year later we have no resolution from them. August 4th I was notified that the door was custom ordered and it would be about 2 weeks. After a month of reaching out for updates, I was told it would be "a while". After 11 weeks of asking for updates without responses I was told that owner was checking in the warranty person that wrote up the order. At this point it was discovered that the order was never placed and that it was and would be in December 6th. When they FINALLY came to install 5 months later THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DOOR. I reached out for an update 12/14, 12/15, 12/19 without a response and 12/21 the last and final response that they would have an exact date by tomorrow AM and I have yet to hear from them. My wife contacted Anderson directly who had no order placed by this company. We hired a window and door contractor who came out to get the serial number necessary to order the door, we sent ourselves to Andersons warranty department, and had a new door delivered to us in less than a week. This was completely unacceptable service especially after the amount of money we paid them. We chose their company for their affiliation with Anderson window and warranty, but in reality it meant nothing. Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement
