I am not happy with the responses from the dental hygienist when she cut my gum while flossing and said if it hurts while I floss it is because you are not doing it right! Funny how I floss daily and I dont cut my gum when I do and her first response is to blame the patient. I have never had such an experience in all the years I have had my teeth cleaned.
