I've gone to Maria many times and her work is always quality. And the prices cant be beat. The 3 stars is bcuz if you are on any type time frame she is not reliable. Multiple times I've dropped items off for minor alterations and told her I needed them in a 3 or 4 days each time when I showed up she hadn't even began to work on the item. Today is Tuesday, I went yesterday to pick up an item I dropped off on Thursday and today it wasnt ready. Told her I'd be back today around noon, didnt get there til 3 and again she hadn't even started. The item is a gift that was being given at 4, so now I have to show the gift and take it back to Maria to alter before they'll be able to enjoy it. Her work and pricing is good, but at times is out weighed by a lack of professionalism.
