Bill is an excellent teacher who helped me pass my exam on the first attempt! I didn't have much prior knowledge about real estate, but he teaches the material in a way that is easy to understand and, most importantly, retain. Bill makes the class enjoyable and educational, which significantly reduces the stress of the process. Cannot recommend him enough!

Best teacher I have ever had !!! if you are looking to become a Real Estate agent look no further than the Fitzpatrick Real Estate School. Bill is an incredible teacher, if you just listen to what he tells you; you will pass your test on the first try.

Bill did a great job of making the learning environment enjoyable. He emphasized topics that would be important for when we became licensed and made the challenging topics easy. This class is a perfect example of how adult learning should be, informative and fun. Bill Tavernise has a unique teaching method that is very effective and has a way of sticking with you after you leave the class!!! You could go to the other school, but why? Fitzpatrick Real Estate School taught me how to pass the state exam AND how to Real Estate!!! Thank You Bill!!! see you in continuing ed...........
