        My experience is that this "company " does not use best practices. Customer service is king and you won't find it here @ harter surfaces. This is just a middle man business, subs out all jobs.Save time and money go elsewhere.

        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I brought 2 bar tops to laminate. The work was totally unprofessional: the edges were chipped and rough, the top was not glued on the whole surface, you could see the scratches left by the filing and the trace of the ball bearing of the bit all around. They are not usable. They refund me only partially because they said I had to pay for the material that they used and wasted. I also had to pay for a bigger sheet of laminate (twice the price according to the lady) because they were not able to find a regular size one in 2 weeks (regular black laminate) . When I called them she hung up on me. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
