Trying to work with our condo HOA board, we were frustrated and searching for the underlayment it required, as well as the flooring we wanted for our entire condo unit. Roman Manzo helped us to quickly find the underlayment needed and have it moved to this location. He knew we needed quality, affordable, available flooring quickly. Roman showed us LOTS of quality LVF samples in their warehouse and patiently answered all our questions about luxury vinyl flooring and their specifications. Roman is patient, knowledgeable and calming. We left the location with peace and knowing we spent our time well choosing the right flooring to move forward with our project without investing more time. I recommend you speak to Roman Manzo. Flooring 101 is a large warehouse with many choices available.

Way too expensive I able to find same kind floor way less price from cross street store.
But customer service was good .

FIVE GOLDEN STARS!!! we were recommended by a friend who found Flooring 101 and was thrilled with his floors. From the time I called and met with Saul, the beautiful carpet was installed in about a week!So easy, so enjoyable, the process was a breeze.  I followed Saul to the showroom, picked out one of his recommendations paid a deposit and Baam!!! One week later Bruno and boys were here. Professional And awesome.  Once they were finished I could not believe all the benefits of new carpet. The squeaky floor got better, the house looks amazing and he left me the extra  pieces to use a floor mats. Oh, the fellas even liked my dogs.... Buying lunch for them was the very least I could do..... Thank you Saul, thank you Bruno, thank you Flooring 101 Oxnard!!!!!!!
