Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This review is no stars. We reserved a mini van to take our freshman to college. The van was reserved for 9:00am. Upon arrival at 8:50am, we were told the van has been taken fir an oil change and how late can we leave. WE called a few weeks ago and the night before to confirm our van was ready. At no point did anyone mention we would not receive the van on time. There was no attempt to locate another van, provide a discount for our inconvenience or any assistance other than we don't know when your van will be ready. We finally got a vehicle after 10. We had plan to start our 8 hour plus drive at 10. Needless to say, it didn't happen. Ist and last impression, POOR.

This place is the absolute worse. We rented a midsized SUV a month ago. We confirmed with them the Wednesday before we were to pick up the vehicle. We went in the Thursday evening to try to pick it up early and was told they didn't have it in yet but it would be delivered to them from another location overnight. Our reservation was at 8:30 am. At 8:00 am they call and tell us they don't have our vehicle. They wanted us to wait for 2 hours while they TRIED to find one at another location. We told them this was unacceptable because we had a paid event to be at and waiting to leave that late would cause us to miss it. After a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with us, we were finally given a different vehicle which was supposed to have been the same price. We look at our bill they emailed us and they had charged us more than our reservation was for. Tried calling again and once again the bs excuses started so I hung up and called the Customer Service number who is escalating the issue. Waiting to see how that turns out but we will NEVER NEVER EVER rent from this location again even though its 5 minutes from our house. We will drive the extra 30 minutes to another location rather than from this one. Rent from this location if you don't have plans and can afford to have problems one after another.
