A BIG shoutout to Tim Woodcock and Tammy Farley at Kevins Royal in Owego! Unfortunately my old car got totaled in an accident and I needed to get something new. They both worked within the confines of my budget and got me into a new Jeep super quickly! Tim went above and beyond getting paperwork signed and transporting me to the dealership to finalize everything. Thank you for a great experience!

Cannot thank the people at Royal automotive enough! Purchased a new Ford bronco through Brian there a few weeks back, and although it was a some what long process, their patience with me and what I wanted made it so much easier. 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. Also had a minor issue with my vehicle (couldnt figure out how to disengage the child locks on one of the doors). The service department gotta me in on a day that I wasnt even scheduled for (went a week early by accident). They hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for a few hours just so I didnt have to sit there and wait!! You can tell their customers come first, and I love that. Thank you all again!!
