The staff could not be more pleasant..clean office and very efficient...felt very comfortable ...Dr.Baez was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with...extremely helpful, listened to me and explained everything to me...LOVE this place!!! Thank you to all of you!!!

From the front desk to the providers, Melanie Baez PA is very hands on and extremely attentive to my concerns, she walked me through my symptoms and sent me to do 2 ultrasounds to corroborate her diagnosis. once she verified both these ultrasounds and lab work, since my case involves procedures, she referred me to one of the doctors at the practice, Dr.Kasper. Dr. Kasper is very patient and kind also. The Ultrasound Tech Rosie took her time with my Pelvic Ultrasound and was attentive as well. Over all, a great experience.

I've been a patient here for YEARS and for whatever reason, the quality has gone completely down hill. There are always new receptionists being trained and none of them have a personality (sadly). When they do answer the phone, they "customer service" is disgusting - how dare you call them with a question, or to schedule an appointment. You hear a lot of sighs and a lot of awkward pauses because they would rather be talking about more important things (example - how they're going to buy a new cell phone and convince their boyfriend to let them keep it even though they don't have the money for it). They use to take the time to talk to you. hear your concerns and map out solutions. Now the appointments last 10 minutes (at best) and you cen tell they just want to leave the room. I've been voicing the same concerns for the past 3 years and instead of suggestions, I'm given samples of vitamins that have nothing to do with the problem. Umm, thank you?? In the past, they would send out pre-appointment paperwork and would check your insurance prior to the appointment day. At the beginning of my appointment, they ran my insurance card and told me I was good to go. Low and behold, I was hit with a $300 bill and was told my insurance doesn't cover the cost of the appointment. I've called several times to talk to them and to ask why they said I was good and didn't owe anything, just to be lied to. It is safe to assume at this point that the whole location is just filled with scam artists. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to return and, although I know this review will not phase them, hope they get back to the quality they used to be at.
