Their communication is horrible. I had to ask if they received my blood work test results back only to be told I would have to schedule a visit to know what it is. My vet is more reliable in communication than them.

From the receptionist to the triage nurse and Dr. Brown, I feel like everyone was extremely kind, informative, helpful and supportive. I felt like I was individually care for without falling into a crowd. The Dr. Is very knowledgeable and supportive ! I LOVE this practice!

Honestly I feel like cattle when Im here. This is my first pregnancy and none of the doctors really take the time to explain things nor let me ask questions. They always rush into the room and rush out.
Not to mention they make me schedule appointments with different doctors at each visit so I get zero personal attention. Sometimes the doctors dont even review my chart before walking in, so I have to explain my history and complications each time.
I will say Dr George and Dr Bridge are more compassionate than the others.
Its disappointing that this practice is creating stress for me rather than alleviating my concerns.
