I can not say enough about the care and compassion I received here. I met three times with Patty and each time she was helpful and professional. She helped me find the perfect wig. Hair loss is difficult she did her best to make it better.

My experience at Brian Joseph's was an "EXTRAORDINARY BLESSING". Patty Turkal is one of the kindness people I have ever met. She is warm, caring, kind & patient with her clients very personable. She works with her clients one on one to give them the care that is so much needed when you go through hair loss. It's like she puts herself in that person's place and she has been there.. "Treat people like you want to be treated the Bible says." Patty does that and works very hard to make sure you are satisfied with the hair product and color you choose and even goes steps beyond to make sure you know how to take care of your hair product, lesson 101. Patty gives you extra bonuses when you purchase your hair product to make sure you also take care of your hair product with the right products so your hair product will last a long time. I'm so very thankful God lead me to Patty she is such a "Blessing" to the people that go to her and was so much a "Blessing" to me. Patty will be my go to person from now on. Her shop is always clean and is beautifully decorated and very peaceful. I recommend if anyone experience hair loss of any type Brian Josephs is the place to go. I chose the Cyber Hair Wig " Zoe". I'm so very much please with it. Patty said once you wear the Cyber Hair Wig you will never go back to any other wig and she is right. I was looking for a wig you can sleep and swim in it's very low maintenance and after 2 years of searching it ended at Brian Joseph's. Brian Joseph's doesn't even deserve one star. This a horrible place to do business. Made an appointment for my mom to get a wig before she started her chemo treatments. We were told to send pictures so they could have wigs similar to her style and color. She never looked at the pictures because she was trying to get a wig for me when we walked in, nothing was prepared. We ended up purchasing a human hair wig. We were told to come back after her hair was gone and she would make some adjustments (cut the ear tabs) and the piece it would fit perfectly. She had her first treatment and decided to cut her hair and get the wig fitted. We made numerous calls trying to set up an appointment for this. NO answer or returned call. Finally we had no choice but to contact another business. We take the wig in to find out that cutting the ear tabs would compromise the wig and would cause the wig to unravel. The style of the wig cap was oversized and no adjustments could be made. This business knowingly sold a wig that would never fit properly to us. And was rude when we paid in cash. Asked us if she was taking all our grocery money. Not to mention was teaching improper care of a wig, dove shampoo for a $1,200 wig. There are so many things wrong with this experience. As far as I'm concerned the owner is praying on caner patients in their time of desperation.
