If you want to live in an apartment that is ran by people who care, arent lazy, communicate with residents and are not hostile toward residents with concerns then DO NOT live here. Myself as well as multiple residents (you can find their reviews here) have experienced maintenance coming into our apartment with no knock and unannounced while we were naked. When management was told, the manager got mad at ME and began to lie about this being the first time anyone has complained HAHAHA. Apartment is fine but you can get better care for the same price in the same area. Management is a joke, I should have known that when they were in their pajamas vaping and high in the office area as I was signing lease. Very sad to say this is my first apartment alone.

Absolutely wonderful maintenance service. They took care of multiple problems in one day with full respect and in a timely manner. I feel comfortable with reaching out to them to have them back and know that they will take care of any and all problems I have. Thank you so much for relieving me of my stress and fixing all my issues.

Living here was probably one of the worst experiences that I have had with an apartment complex. I had a plethora of issues while living here. When we moved in there were many things broken, not to mention the grouting on the tub was horrid and looked like it was molding. When the move in date arrived, we were told everything would be fine to move in that date. When we arrived at the complex the carpet was still being cleaned, which would've been okay if they had communicated that to us, but we already had our u-haul packed and ready to move. Over the summer my ac broke and it was averaging 100 degrees. We were never offered any portable units. I submitted a matinence request while I went out of town for a week, and when I came back, the ac still wasn't fixed. I continued to put in requests, but it was a while until anyone came to look at it. To be approximate it took 1 month for them to fix. All of the matinence requests are very slow for a response overall, doesn't matter what it is. The office was always closing early and wasn't open at the times that were posted on the website, so it was difficult to get ahold of anyone for anything. The animal control isn't very good, as I often had raccoons fighting on my patio to the point where I didn't want to leave anything out there at all. I seriously don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is a beautiful property as far as the outside of it and the location is fantastic, but it just isn't worth your time and energy.

I have been here for over 6 years. Have I had issues? Of course, no complex is w/o issues, but being said the Ladies in the office are fantastic and a pleasurer to speak with. They listen and are honest about issues you may have. Would I recommend this property, Absolutely, the community is quite, the rent, compared to other properties, is decent, and the location is perfect.
