We used Senior Helpers for the in home care of my mother. In the beginning things were ok a little disappointed with some of the information and structure of the company. We continue to use their services hoping things would get better with the staff. Much to our surprise it didn't several months into the contract the staff continued to get worse A few were found sleeping on the job, my mothers meds were always in a confused status with staff not following the way they were to be given. We had to every two weeks go over the billing statements as there was always extra hours added. Every statement we had to call and have the amount adjusted. I could continue however with the hopes things getting better they did not. We had several meeting with the owners with the promises things would get better...not. finally my mothers house was infested with bed bugs due to the uncleanness of a particular staff member. Immediately we remove my mother and found a very good home for her, never to return to her home. Seriously people think carefully about your decision of this company

Please watch your billing we had extra hours on the invoice more then once. We got the help sleeping.would we use them again NO

Lou and his team of both office staff and caregivers are simply awesome- the kindest hearts, always going above and beyond, and so very supportive - really appreciate all you do for us- thank you!!

Took three weeks to find someone to care for my dad on the weekends and then Senior Helpers sent an employee who was late and then transferred by dad to the commode and left him upstairs ON THE COMMODE and caregiver left the house without telling anyone. Company never apologize and still kept that employee on staff. They said they had not had a chance to talk with him because he was with another client. Wow... NOT MY KINDA HELPER!
