Since her receptionist was not available, she answered the phone when I called, unknown to me. She peppered me with questions about why I was calling, and came across as rude. She finally said who she was and why I had reached her. She was very abrupt and rude during the rest of the call, and then just plain dismissive, and hung up when it was apparent that I was somewhat upset.
