Simonson's Salon & Spa - Maple Grove

Beth does wonders with my thick, wavy/curly hair. She listens to my thoughts & concerns before starting. She was very mindful of my inability to tolerate certain heavily perfumed products & went out of her way to use less scented products. Simonson's gave me store credit for a product I had purchased more than 45 days ago but just couldn't use due to the lingering & heavy fragrance. These experiences keep me as a returning customer.

I brought my daughter in for a trim and blowout today. Lisa was 25 minutes late with no apology or heads up. Once in the chair, she didnt engage with my daughter at all and was yanking at her hair instead of trying to somewhat carefully release a tangle. After cutting her hair, she straightened it without asking my daughter if that was ok and did it in a borderline aggressive way. I paid the full amount for an adult cut plus a tip for a mediocre cut and bad attitude.
