Never responded to my email. I am a repeat customer. When I called, he said he is cutting back from residential projects. He said, “I just did a $35,000 project that took me one day”. Typical contractor, when the money is flowing, they forget about their loyal customers but when a recession hits they are calling you looking for work. Cheers to your prosperity Sunshine!

Alex came out on a holiday and had our problem fixed quickly. He was very friendly and is the kind of person you want around. The thing that made his service so valuable was his experience combined with his equipment. He immediately identified the location of our underground problem by instinct then confirmed it with his instruments. He was gracious enough to let me follow him around in the process, too, and let me see where I had failed in my own efforts to fix the problem. I am a do-it-yourselfer, but this service was worth every penny I paid for it!
