Ive been taking my car to Griffis for the past few years, and Im sorry I didnt do it sooner instead of paying more at dealerships. They are not only thorough and trustworthy, they are good stewards of the community and support our local schools. My husband now brings his car to Griffis as well after too many frustrating experiences at the Ford dealership. Tim and Theresa always take good care of us. We are committed to supporting small businesses in our community and we are customers for life!

The check engine light came on in my work truck right around the time the ac went out. I needed to keep it off the road for a short a time as possible and work with a well respected local shop. They quoted me diagnostic price over the phone and gave me a clear sense of their availability. I dropped it off Monday late afternoon and had a call by noon Tuesday with a clear explanation of what was going on. Given the age of my truck they let me know what was recommended to take care of beyond the my immediate concerns. Nobody was pushy and they worked with me to prioritize what I needed to deal with right now and what I needed to space out. For the volume of work done I think it was a fair value for the expertise. I will happily use Griffis automotive again.
